- one month in and became a brick
Had this for a month then the mic stopped working for any type of live call did however record so after a lot of talk to supplier Sunsky was sent back which cost me a lot. Here I am 2 months on and no repair or replacement still waiting. so far this has cost me 110 euros so a very small one star out of 5Negatives
- zero back up from anyone if goes wrong
- No after sell service.
I've crowdfund it, get delivered with more than one month delay than announced and after 1 month of use, it start to develop problems. Today after after long, very long delay ( 4 month ) the repair center in HK tell me that the phone have into water and will not be repaired....
The only place where the phone have been next to water was an empty sink next to me in my shower, IP 68/69 it said !!!!
Buy Ulefone at your own risk and anyway forget any kind of customer care !!!Positives
- long lasting battery
- Horrible customer care
- no real waterproof
- The best phone I ever used
If you choose to use a rugged phone, then you have to neglect it's weight, size etc and have to consider aboutPositives
- PTT option
- Display quality
- Ram and Storage
- Selfie camera
- Front flash
- Camera focusing
- Rugged, waterproof, fallproof, but camera poorly supported
Very rugged, waterproof, fallproof and heavy to carry around. After this smartphone others seem like toys. The camera is almost automatically supported, but the lack of camera 2 api is a serious disadvantage as it cripples creativity. No manual focus, no manual White Balance, No advanced HDR and no DNG support is some of the things missing together with camera 2 api. Despite this, the photo quality is high and with careful handling, low ISO and much light the result is almost perfect. PTT button is useless unless you program it to perform other tasks (e.g. take photos, start tasker tasks or enable NFC)Positives
- Battery performance
- PTT button can be re-assigned with app
- High resolution Screen
- No DNG support (camera 2 api)
- PTT button useless
- No 4K video support although CMOS supports it
- AutoGood device, after 1 year it started to take off all rubber protection frame
It’s a beautiful cell phone, the ptt button is useless, it’s not configurable, excellent battery, rubber protection is coming off the device, I need to stick it, it appears that the rubber is increasing in size and after it is no longer like new, i don't buy another ulefone device just for this reason, i sent an email to the company and i didn't get a returnPositives
- Rubber protection
- Camera processing
- AutoStrong battery with mobile attached
I have armor 3 for a year now (I am updating the opinion). Without the antenna; I found it much cheaper than the 3Q, otherwise I would have opted for the other. At the perfect moment, the battery life is incredible: If you give it a lot of time, it lasts about 3 days with a 14h screen, otherwise, it passes the week (21% after 6 days and about 10 ... h of screen ). Tested to dip a few seconds and burn, hold on. How you paste: It requires third-party apps to lower the volume, since setting it to the minimum -without removing it- still sounds somewhat loud. I also think that with less screen (0.5 "less), it came and would last longer. And lastly, I am unable to calibrate the compass. I am happy and I recommend the mobile, always knowing its weight.Positives
- Antutu: 90,000
- BATTERY (3-9days) (10-14h screen)
- Hardware in general.
- IT'S AN ATV.
- Quality / price, great durability.
- Does not have Jack 3.5
- Useless PTT button (not configurable)
- Sound, the minimum, is very loud.
- Compass quality ... Weight. Although UNDERSTANDABLE because of the battery.

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
