- Love my rugged phone, resists falls, it is water proof, has a thermometer, comes with a useful lanyard port but it broke

I've had this phone for less than a week and the camera is already broken. It ays it cannot connect to the camera, please restart. But it just doesn't work. Disappointing but returning it and trying UMIDIGI 5G A13

It meets my needs well, but the camera is terrible in low light environments, to say the least, in hot environments it's almost impossible to charge the device, I live in Brazil, so it's terrible for charging.
