- Rugged, fast and flexible
This is one rugged phone. The casing is impressive. Dropped and "killed" my last two devices so I needed a tank. This one qualifies. It is on the thick and heavier side, but it is the trade-off for longetivity... It's fast enough for great gaming, loud, bright and no bloatware except for the required apps to operate the hardware. Good call coverage, Wifi and GPS. The "programmable" buttons (one on each side) can be annoying as they are located exactly where you hold the device, BUT they can be deactivated, which I did. The battery actually surprised me as I managed well over 24 hours with all ON (GPS, DATA, WIFI, Health and fit detectors AND a BT smart watch in use).

View answers - AutoFair but has ghost touches
Good appearance, it weighs more than usual, the camera is not as good quality, it tends to be shaken, it does not have video stabilization, it came with a factory fault of ghost touches, the update that arrived moved several things in the menus and came with errors spelling, the configuration icon changed and a strange name was given, several menus were "broken", everything could happen if it did not have the ghost touch problem that is dangerous especially when making bank transfers because the cell phone moves the screen and writes anything . The Umidigi store doesn't fix it and only claims to give a $30 refund which is ridiculous, the repair can be as expensive as the cell phone. They should fix it with an update, being the manufacturers they should know what the fault is.
Pros- The battery lasts all day, with little use it can last 2 days
- compliant processor
- Good construction, good materials
- no case needed
- Screen regularly looks good in the sun
Cons- Ghost touches / Factory fault
- Weight more than normal
- The photos are not very good
- No video stabilization
- Take videos at 30fps and cannot be changed to 23fps
- The charger is from the EU and there is no US option

View answers - Autoquite good and resistant, ideal to give away
a very good device if you are careless, the perfect gift for older people, the fact that it runs smoothly day to day and that it is cheap makes it excellent for a gift and the resistance is a pretty good plus, decent cameras, good storage, good ram, good design.
Pros- water and scratch resistant
- good aesthetics
- decent day camera
- has a functional thermometer
- the face id is quite good and fast
- includes a screen protector
Cons- the night camera is not very good
- in very heavy games its performance is somewhat low
- the speaker is in the back
- somewhat robust
- fingerprint scan on the left
- the factory charger was damaged quite quickly

View answers - AutoExcellent rugged Quality / price
I have the 4GB RAM model. Average speed Internal memory: write 45.5 MB / s, read 116 MB / s. GPS functionality: I also confirm the connection with Galileo satellites, precision 3m. Bechmark Antutu v9 lite: 142659. In use I found it very fast and responsive. Higher screen than I'm used to and also heavier (normal for a rugged). Working thermometer, present in the Toolbox app. There are two orange buttons on the sides of the phone that can be set. I have disabled one of the two as I often accidentally press a key. The battery is very large (5000 mAh) from 83% to 1% in 11h with screen on and semi-intense use. Excellent possibility to download the official ROM from the brand's website, very useful both for modding and for reinstalling in serious cases. The only flaw I found is the quality of the photos; you notice digital noise artifacts when zooming in on a saved photo. I hope I can improve it with the Google Camera app. I advise.
Pros- Quality price
- Rugged
- Large screen with resolution above full HD
- Large internal storage, 128GB
- Great battery, lasts a long time
- The official ROM is available on the brand's website
Cons- Camera Software, Camera2 API Limited
- Fingerprint sensor on the left side

View answers - AutoAn almost perfect outdoor smartphone
The phone is relatively small for an outdoor smartphone. And could also be used as a normal telephone without any problems. The performance of the g80 to more than suffice. The camera also takes sensible pictures, of course, not to compare the high-end class is something else. The battery lasts for two days without any problems, which I like very much. The only thing I really miss is wireless charging, but since you don't need a cap via the USB port, I don't miss wireless charging that much.
Pros- Chic design
- Good display
- CPU with good performance
- 8 gigabytes of RAM
- Water dust and shockproof
- What more do you want
Cons- The speakers could be better
- Wireless LAN

I work as a motoboy delivery, my cell phone has already fallen off the bike at 60km/h and survived as well as heavy rain. It doesn't kill processes in the background and the battery is almost enough for 8 hours of work

Score
- 6.3 Design & Materials
- 5.9 Performance & Hardware
- 5.8 Camera
- 7.6 Connectivity
- 6.1 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
