  • I do not like it comparing to my Mi Note 3.

It does not connect to my SoundStick Wireless wile all other 10 my phones and devices do. I do not like how fingerprint works. Sometimes the phone freeze for 2 - 3 seconds. It is too heavy and thick.

  • Great phone for the price

The phone is great for the price. The battery life is impressive, the display is great, the performance is top notch and it's impressive that it even has the 3.5 mm headphone jack, IR blaster and NFC. It is a big improvement from the MI A2, although I do mind that it comes with quite a lot of preinstalled Xiaomi apps that I don't use at all which I cannot uninstall and use the Google apps instead. The front facing 32 MP camera is my only headache as it doesn't perform as well as MI A2's 20 MP front facing camera in low light conditions. I also dislike the default camera app which breaks when I switch to 4k video recording and also has a lot of pointless beautify modes on by default. As far as I know Gcam from Mi 9 SE is available and when I've used it, the photos still did not look much better than the ones I took with the default Xiaomi camera app.

The best option on the market, especially at $ 195 discounts

A lot of micrologs, friezes of the system, not coordinatingly affecting usability, but unpleasant to the look. I think in future updates they should fix it. The native camera is very noisy. I really need gcam, I think they should release it. The device turned out bombing and beautiful, not like mi 9t. The sound in the headphones is dark, darker than on the iPhone 5s. Which is good for electronic music, but on bass headphones, there is too much. The screen at night is not very pleasant to use, it hits the eyes, the amoled feature is whether dc-dimming will probably fix it, but in the sun it is perfectly readable and the colors are juicy, contrasting. Maybe a matter of habit.

    Nice and with good performance

The cell phone is quite good when it comes to the screen, performance and cameras (although it is quite improvable in night mode). The battery with great use lasts almost a day and the performance is quite fluid in high performance games.

    Positives
    • Battery for one day
    • Display visible in the day
    • Good daylight photography
    • Satisfactory performance in most games
    • Good connectivity
    • Good performance in multitasking
    Negatives
    • Low quality in night photography
    • It locks when you open more than 15 applications
    • Occasionally it does not get a good signal from the networks
    • Bring some system apps with ads

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
