i've had the displeasure of having to daily this phone for about two months and its been a horrible experience, even in basic aplications it stutters, when scrolling on tiktok it stutters no matter the internet speed, sometimes if i get a call i can hear the ringtone but it wont show me the button to pick up the call, you cant even use google properly due to how slow it is, the camera is just as bad, even it the lighting is good the quality is average at best, the screen looks fine indoors but outdoors the blacks look more like grays and whites have this rainbow looking effect, the only reediming quality is that the battery lasts pretty long, i can get about a day with medium use, but thats about it, i wouldnt even buy it for someone who just needs to make calls

Decent for everyday use without demanding too much.

I've been using this phone for six months, and honestly, at first I expected more because it was marketed as something amazing. It was okay, though; there were ads everywhere, and it came with a lot of pre-installed apps. It's a nice and comfortable phone with a Helio G81 Ultra processor. Social media works well, but sometimes when I use it for a long time, it gets very hot, which makes it very slow, like taking 40 seconds to open TikTok. I always play games on the lowest graphics settings, and in Fortnite, I can get a stable 60 FPS if I don't play for more than 30 minutes. Honestly, they could have used a better processor because this one is the same as the Redmi 14C's. In the summer, the phone gets so hot that I put a fan next to it and remove the case to prevent it from burning my hands and causing problems. The battery hasn't been a problem; it lasts all day and charges quite quickly, in about an hour (it didn't come with a charger). The camera looks good, although I don't usually take many photos, but the low-light photos don't really turn out well. The Corning Gorilla Glass 3 screen has survived quite a few drops; I've dropped my phone many times and it only has one scratch that's barely noticeable at first glance. The good thing is that it still has a 3.5 mm headphone jack. In direct sunlight, with its 800 nits of brightness, it's not enough for me because the screen still looks dark, and I have to move to the shade.

My honest opinion is that it's a good phone if you don't use it for demanding tasks. You should go for the version with 6 or 8GB of RAM because the 4GB version might not be very useful by 2026. Alternatively, you could save up for the 5G version, which has a better MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor that will run much more smoothly. Perhaps you should save up more to find another phone for your daily use.

It's the worst Xiaomi I've ever had

This 128GB Redmi Note 15C is by far the worst phone I've ever used. I've owned the 4, 5, 8, and 14. To fix this, I went back to using my old 64GB Redmi Note 8, and it works much better. I don't recommend it, and they should take it off the market.

A good cell phone for undemanding people

Well, at first I thought it would be awful like they make it out to be online. But honestly, it runs quite smoothly, the battery lasts all day, and the bloatware is minimal. The only downside is the camera, which looks like it's from 2016... But otherwise, it's a very good phone.

    It can't handle Hyperos

A disaster. The hardware isn't bad, but the OS is incredibly slow. Slow in every way. That's why they released the 5G version with a Dimensity 6300. Don't buy it.

    Cheaper but totally useless

This phone is a disaster; it shouldn't even be on the market. Answering a call properly is impossible. The phone is riddled with bugs, it's incredibly slow, and several apps and games are impossible to install and use correctly. It's a complete nightmare. If you like turtles, slugs, snails, and very slow animals, this phone is perfect for you! You've been warned.

I don't recommend using it as your main phone.

The phone just starts listening after a month. You can take a phone number like 2, but I don't recommend it as your primary phone. It's not suitable for heavy games. And the camera is also bullshit if you like shooting.

It's a good phone for someone who doesn't demand much from it.

Being a low-end phone, its specifications are understandable, but a G99 would have been fantastic. However, it's still perfectly adequate for daily use. If you want a phone for YouTube, WhatsApp, TikTok, and other "basic" things, this one is perfect. For gaming, I wouldn't really recommend it.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
