They cheapened it in some places, but overall I liked it.

I upgraded from the 21 Pro to the 22 Pro today, and here are my first impressions for anyone interested: On the downside: 1. They removed the pressure sensor for the signature and very convenient mback button, and there are now two buttons on the lock screen like on iPhones, requiring a long press. 2. The cool m-engine vibration motor is gone; it's now something like the one on the 17. 3. The fingerprint scanner isn't as huge, but it's just as fast. 4. The colored LEDs have become just a little dimmer. 5. They removed the IR port. 6. For some reason, it takes longer to charge at the same 80W. 7. Lack of 7 and 20 bands, but I haven't noticed a difference in Vladikavkaz yet. Perhaps reception will be worse in the mountains. On the upside: 1. The ergonomics and appearance are better and more comfortable in my opinion, the bezels are much thinner. 2. The main camera is the same, but the algorithms seem to make it less noisy; the telephoto lens is naturally 100 times wider. The wide-angle lens is also wider and less noisy. 3. The red smart button is convenient. 4. The flashlight is brighter. 5. The sensor seems faster/more responsive. 6. The battery life is much better.
    7. The sound from the speakers has become much cooler. 8. The microphones have become better, in 21 Pro it was terrible.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
