- Value for money
I bought that cell phone 1 month ago for 600euros. Coming from Samsung s9+ (6 year use).
Hardware, the phone is beast, fast and smooth, good and fast finger id. Nice touch the button for silent/vibrate/sound mode. The design is also very nice for me, minimal and unique camera. Very fast charging, and good quantity of battery. A nice touch was the good quality membrane in screen which i didnt remove. Some cons for me are:
No waterproof ip68, no so good camera for a brand to sing on them (front camera is worse)
A positive thing is that the charging set is included, too fast charger and for that the software of phone has a ai setting for changing till 80% super fast and then reduce the charging maintaining the battery healthy. Very good, we will see in 2, 4 and 6 years how much of a "good" it is.
Software, the phone is pretty fast. Some things makes me " meh " like that i can t name a folder more than 10words in homescreen or color the folder. Or make the alarms stays in order as i want, not as early to late time. It bothers me that in menu i can t make pages, and have to have them from a to z. Big turn of us that in gallery i can t make folders into a folder, like gallery/social/insta, fb, etc.
The company is promised for 5years soft and security updates, very good.
Over all, those things in more known brands are worth 1000 to 1300. This phone is at 650. See whats better fir u.Pros- Battery

View answers - Like the OnePlus site says, a premium phone for less than others.
It's a phone that will satisfy your needs if you aren't extremely demanding, especially for the price. I am upgrading from a ROG phone 3. The quality of the screen is infinitely better, as well as the cameras. The gaming software isn't as good though and you have to manually kill it after exiting games or it will keep on running in the background.
The phone can easily last for a day with average use (social media, youtube) at the max screen settings. It also does not overheat as much as the ROG 3, although you shouldn't force it on games that much. As always, your main gaming device should be a pc or a console, or use an active cooler to keep the temps low.
Color OS (Oxygen) 13 isn't as bad as some people say, it's only visually different to the stock Oxygen of the OP7 pro for example.
As for the camera, I don't care about it lol, I rarely take photos, but it is good overall.
And for a quick last note: not all apps support 120hz and you have to manually edit a settings fike to bypass it. To do this:
1. Download SetEdit APK (not available on playstore) and give it all permissions
2. Search for the line called "peak refresh rate" and change it from 120.00001 to 60.0.
3. Enjoy
Keep in mind that you have to do this again if you restart the phone of if you change the setting from the settings app.Pros- Little to no undesired apps that you can always uninstall
- Snapdragon 8 Gen 2
- WQHD+ @120Hz screen
- A camera, not as good as an iPhone, but just right
- The best haptic feedback motors in a phone
- 5 years of major Androis updates
Cons- The merging with ColorOS isn't bad at all bad but I prefer stock android
- Currently there are not much custom ROMS to flash
- You have to kill OnePlus games app after exiting
