In the ever-evolving world of smartphones, Samsung has consistently proven itself to be a leader in innovation and technology. One of their latest offerings, the Samsung Galaxy A05s, is no exception. Launched in September 2023, this mid-range device boasts impressive features and specifications that make it stand out in a crowded market.
Design & Materials:
The Samsung Galaxy A05s features a sleek and modern design with a large 6.70-inch LCD screen that provides vibrant colors and sharp images. With a resolution of 1080x2400 (FHD+), users can enjoy an immersive viewing experience whether they are watching videos, playing games, or browsing the web. The use of plastic materials ensures durability while keeping the device lightweight and easy to handle. The screen-to-body ratio of 82.5% maximizes the usable surface area, giving users more screen real estate to work with.
Hardware:
Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy A05s is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 (SM6225) processor, built on a 6nm architecture. This results in smooth performance and efficient power consumption, allowing users to multitask and run demanding applications with ease. The device comes with either 4GB or 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM, providing ample memory for seamless browsing and app switching. Storage options include 128GB or 64GB of internal storage, with the ability to expand further using a MicroSD card in the slot card tray. The AnTuTu benchmark score of 260,000 showcases the device's capabilities in terms of speed and performance. For added security, the Samsung Galaxy A05s features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for quick and convenient unlocking.
Camera:
In the era of social media and digital photography, a smartphone's camera capabilities play a crucial role in its appeal. The Samsung Galaxy A05s does not disappoint in this department, with a triple camera setup that includes a 50.0MP standard camera with an f/1.8 aperture for crisp and detailed photos. The portrait mode utilizes a 2.0MP depth sensor to capture stunning bokeh effects, while the 2.0MP macro lens allows for up-close shots with intricate details. On the front, users will find a 13.0MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture, perfect for capturing high-quality self-portraits and video calls.
Connectivity:
Staying connected is made easy with the Samsung Galaxy A05s, which features Bluetooth 5.1 for seamless wireless connections to peripherals and devices. The device also supports dual SIM functionality, enabling users to switch between two different phone numbers or data plans. For those who prefer wired audio, the inclusion of an audio jack ensures compatibility with a wide range of headphones and speakers.
Battery:
Powering the Samsung Galaxy A05s is a robust 5000mAh battery that provides all-day usage without the need for constant recharging. With fast charging capabilities of up to 25.0W, users can quickly top up their device and get back to their daily activities without interruption. Whether streaming videos, playing games, or working on-the-go, the Samsung Galaxy A05s offers reliable battery life to keep up with your busy schedule.
In conclusion, the Samsung Galaxy A05s is a mid-range smartphone that strikes a balance between affordability and performance. With its impressive design, solid hardware, versatile camera system, and long-lasting battery, the device offers a compelling package for users looking for a reliable everyday companion. Whether you're a casual user or a power user, the Samsung Galaxy A05s has something to offer for everyone.

If you need a phone that is good enough for social media usage, then this phone is right for you. Performance here is average. I played MLBB and it performed just right. No lags. However, framedrops are evident, but they do not affect your gaming experience.
Its display does not disappoint because it's sharp, crisp, and vibrant. When I saw it first during unboxing, I looks like and AMOLED because it has a pleasing bright screen. I just don't like its build 'cause it's big and thick for me and uncomfortable to hold. Its looks is good, though.
The camera is excellent in daytime when you get the right amount of light but struggles in nighttime/lowlight. The 50 MP mode sometimes generates overexposed image. The video in the rear camera is ugly. Video in front camera, on the other hand, is more beautiful than its rear (surprisingly).
Battery is good. I can get 5-8 hrs of SOT before hitting low battery, but it depends on your usage. 25W fast charging is really good. It charges approximately 1h 20min from 15% to 100%.
Heating issues is not a problem here. I only experience heating when I am in a hot environment, especially, when I'm using it outdoors under the sun.Pros- Beautiful and bright display
