Technical sheet of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5
Description
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 is the latest high-end foldable smartphone from Samsung that is set to be released in July 2023.
The device boasts an impressive 6.2-inch Super AMOLED screen which has a resolution of 904x2316 (FHD) and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The display also supports HDR10+, and there is a usable surface area of 80.4%. Additionally, the Galaxy Z Fold5 is able to be folded up, allowing users to store it conveniently and making it easier to carry around.
The design of the device is sleek and modern, with a combination of Aluminium, Glass, and Plastic. It also has a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for added durability and scratch resistance.
At the heart of the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor which operates at 3.36 GHz, and is powered by 12GB of RAM and either 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB UFS Storage 4.0. This allows the device to achieve an impressive AnTuTu (v9) score of 1310000. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the side for security.
In terms of audio, there are stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, and AKG Audio. Further audio enhancements come from the 384 kHz 32-bit audio output support.
The camera set up provides a triple lens array, with the main lens being a 50.0MP Samsung GN3 with a f/1.8 aperture. There is also a 12.0MP wide angle lens with a 1.120 pixel size and a f/2.2 aperture, and a 10.0MP telephoto lens with a 1.000 pixel size and a f/2.4 aperture. All these lenses have OIS for enhanced image quality. On the front, there is a Sony IMX374 with a 10.0MP sensor and an f/2.2 aperture as well as a 4MP f/1.8 for the internal front camera which is located under the display. Both can record videos up to 4K 60fps.
Connectivity wise, the device supports Bluetooth 5.2, Dual SIM, USB Host 3.0, NFC, WiFi 6 (802.11ax), GPS (L1+L5) and eSIM.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 is powered by a 4400 mAh battery and supports fast charge at 25.0W. It also has wireless and reverse charging capabilities.
Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 is an impressive high-end foldable smartphone that promises a lot in terms of both hardware and design. It's set to be released in July 2023 and should be a great option for those looking for a top-of-the-line foldable device.

- AutoGood phone for everyday use
I usually leave it open whenever I can, I use the pencil to take notes and notes for more than 2 or 3 hours a day and still get to 10 at night with 20% / 30% battery left to be able to stay up until 1 or more using it on YouTube or with not very demanding games, I honestly thought that the internal screen was going to break like many say but I think leaving it open 70% of the day helps the screen rest, there are days when I am more out and I can't have it open, but any time is good and people are amazed when they see you with such a beast. The cameras are a delight, good quality photos, good lighting, at night they falter a little, but it's normal. Likewise, the screen is bright enough to be enjoyed on a sunny day. Finally, I would like to say that it has nothing to envy the Z Fold6, just the raw power to get more fps in games, otherwise I consider that they are two very similar phones, is it worth saving some money and buying the 5? If you get it new, yes, if not, the 6.

The worst phone I've ever owned. I've been using cell phones for 30 years and considered Samsung a good manufacturer. Until I bought the Fold 5. The first thing that happened was that the screen protector came off, then I noticed that micro cracks appeared on the fold. It must be from not opening it because I barely open it. And one day suddenly I open the Fold 5 and I find a black stripe all the way down the middle and the touch screen stopped working. I send the phone to Samsung convinced that it is covered by the warranty. I want to put it into practice that I am very careful with phones and I ALWAYS wear SUPCASE cases since day 1. Now comes the best part: The repair guys send me photos as if the phone had fallen (COMPLETELY FALSE) and that if I want to fix it I have to pay them €580!!! I spent €100 on a case to protect the phone and it has NEVER fallen!!! My opinion is that the FOLD is a huge piece of crap. Just look at the hundreds of second-hand ones that are sold. Don't buy this phone. I still have to pay the financial company €1000 and it's not worth paying €600 for a useless mobile screen.
Pros- Night photos
Cons- The central screen breaks by itself
