Realme is known for producing high-end phones at reasonable prices, and the Realme GT 2 and the Realme GT Neo 2 are no different. Released in January 2022 and September 2021 respectively, each phone offers a fantastic set of features, enabling you to choose a device that suits your needs.

Design & Materials

Beginning with design, both the Realme GT 2 and the Realme GT Neo 2 have an impressive 6.62 inch AMOLED display with 1080x2400 resolution (FHD+). They offer a peak brightness of 1300 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 5000000:1. As far as audio is concerned, both devices also feature stereo speakers, Hi-Res Audio and Dolby Atmos, plus a noise cancellation microphone.

In terms of materials, the Realme GT 2 is made from plastic, whilst the Realme GT Neo 2 is made from polycarbonate. Both phones boast an impressive 85.3% usable surface area, and the Realme GT 2 is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The Realme GT 2 also weighs in at a slim 199.8 grams for both the forged black and titanium blue models.

Hardware

Connectivity wise, both phones offer the same functions, with a strong WiFi connection and Dual SIM technology. Finally, both phones benefit from a large 5000mAh battery plus fast charging technology with 65.0W.
