I got the phone with a broken screen from somebody and I fixed it. I got to experience iOS in detail for my first time. The phone is kind of aged but still usable. The camera is decent, even now, the display is beautiful, decent colors and high pixel density. Battery lasts about 4 hours (continuous screen-on usage), at 99% health. It is sluggish sometimes in everyday use, but PUBG is pretty well optimized. The 64 GB version I got is a bit too low for my needs.

Bought to test out iOS 18 when it arrives and really impressed how a 6 year old phone has held up. It is so very smooth UI for such an old phone. Impressed Android user. All the negatives are however the os. No universal swipe back, top left back button (but not all the time) awkwardness, poor typing correction suggestion vs android, limited unintuitive file manager vs android.

Junk. Second one after an insurance exchange. Selectively stops sending emails, texts and other functions. Every update, Apple screws it up even more. Searches endlessly for contacts and does not allow you to email or text them because it never finds them. Must reboot 3-5 times per day to maintain basic functions. Awkward to reboot, at least for someone who is older.
Pros- None. This phone is junk.
