  • Sim incompatibility and OS problems

I do like this phone but I'm becoming regretful buying it. For a start my sim is incompatible and I'm having to swap providers and hopefully they will be more compatible. Secondly, and more importantly, the apps keep crashing, especially the launcher. Also there is a weird lag in some applications where it can take about 5 seconds to bring up the on screen keyboard, or click into a WhatsApp conversation. There are also a lot of unwanted apps that I cannot uninstall. I will be paying far more attention in the future regarding which OS is installed (DokeOS 4.0 in this case).

A very large cell phone with Operating System errors

The cell phone is too big, it barely fits in my pants pocket, which makes it uncomfortable to carry. It is not easy to operate with one hand. In addition, it has software problems; widgets disappear every 24 hours and settings are constantly reset. Despite everything, its resistance is notable, this being its only notable quality. However, the camera quality leaves a lot to be desired compared to older phones like the X3 Pro. Photos and videos came out much better on my previous phone, which is disappointing. The front screen is not bad, but its usefulness is limited and the photos taken with it are not of good quality, which is disconcerting. In short, the only reason to consider buying this phone would be its endurance, otherwise I wouldn't recommend it. It should be noted that years ago I had a rugged Umidigi Bison cell phone, and that cell phone was much smaller.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
