- The ideal phone for outdoor enthusiasts
After breaking or submerging 5 expensive phones (mostly the latest Samsung Note) in less than 4 years, I decided not to buy expensive "fancy" phones anymore. Especially since I spend a lot of time in the wild: hiking, mountain biking, or kayaking. At first I was thinking about the Cat phone which was reputed to be the benchmark for armored phones, but I wasn't happy with the performance to price ratio I would get. Some things you can't get cheap but still good; for example I would never waste money on a cheap bikes or shoes, because I would just waste money trying to save something. In this case I took the risk, especially because it was a little over $200 for this phone, where I had hope I could get what I need.
After comparing the prices and several models on Kimovil, I decided on this phone and I have not regretted it!
The battery lasts for 3 days. I dropped my phone dozens of times - few times it crashed brutally into stones or a hard surface. I used it in heavy rain and in water... All applications work smoothly and without stopping. It was only after a whole day of splashing water on a sit-on-top kayak that I subsequently noticed the fogging of the camera lens and found myself overdoing it though. I mean, go under water with it and let it get wet and fall into the water, but if you splashing around phone all day made condensation inside. You get also a laser rangefinder and a lot of useful accessories and sensors.
Looking at the offer of this and other manufacturers, I see that the selection has grown significantly and it is becoming a reality and in the future I will not hesitate to buy a new Doogee model with the hope that the following models will be improved and with even better performance.Pros- - battery
- - robustness and durability
- - fingerprint sensor
- - laser range finder
- - charging speed
- - general performance
Cons- - the camera should be better, especially in low light
- - screen in strong sunlight

It is a very hard and resistant phone, the best thing about it is the battery that lasts 3 or 4 days without charging it. 8gb RAM that you can open games and apps at the same time and it doesn't slow down. It has for wireless charging and also charges very fast by the conventional method. It has an app with very useful pre-installed tools. The only bad thing is that it weighs almost 1lb and at first it is a bit awkward to handle with one hand until you get used to it. But its weight is justified by the great battery it has. The photos have an acceptable standard since this type of phone is for off-road use. I am very pleased with your purchase.

It has several built-in apps for use such as compass, metric laser pointer, nfc, gigantic battery, water camera with button action, the image quality is also extra. too bad there is no jack and the radio application asks to connect headphones to it, the screen does not turn on the home page. No need to disassemble everything it has a sim card slot and 1 sim / sd card of your choice with access like samsung from the side. Honestly for less than 300 € with the shipping costs it is a great phone. In addition, the fingerprint on the side is great.
Pros- Storage + ram
- Camera
- Drums
- Laser measuring pointer
- Underwater camera
- Sim card slot + sim / sd card
Cons- Jack plug
- Background rotation

Score
- 5.5 Design & Materials
- 6.7 Performance & Hardware
- 6.3 Camera
- 7.2 Connectivity
- 9.0 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
