    Decent version of yesteryear

This is my first acquaintance with Huawei, this device was presented to me three years ago as a minor one. I used it as with a second smartphone, that is, not so intensively. P9 never let me down, everything that I installed on it went amazingly flawlessly. I really like its appearance: a thin, compact, aluminum case and not this plastic that is put in most tubes, in general, its appearance is "high". Then I was struck by its 12-megapixel cameras, which shoot in the same way as on my main phone, where these pixels are already 48. Therefore, I was surprised by this. I can also say that the handset came out already 6 years ago, many applications are lucky at least at medium settings. I consider the screen to be normal, like all IPS matrices, it's not amoled, but I won't say anything bad, I have no complaints. Of course, there are nuances: this is his Akum 3000, which is so small in our time that even with not intensive work, he does not live up to the evening, therefore, as the main tool for using it, he would not suit me, but as a backup option, he does not even what. Another thing I noticed for all the time of using this "Gorilla Glass 4" is not such a strong phone protection many small scratches on the screen from carrying it in your pocket without a case and protective films on the display itself, so in order to keep the appearance more worthy, I recommend glues the screen protector. As a result, what I will say is that the Huawei P9 handset is unique in its way, the "high" design stands out very much by comparing most of the new products, the build quality and the materials themselves, but what this smartphone lacks is the battery is so small that the handset does not live up to the evening, this is probably the most such a minus for me, for this "high" phone that is discharged in half a day when used, that's how you can characterize this handset.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
