It seems to be the last mid-range phone that isn't a sketchy brick that has remotely good performance & the holy grail: An SD card slot.
Yes, you can buy a phone with 512gb or 1tb internal storage, but with a micro SD I can, in most scenarios, extract the card to move data from a broken device onto a computer. I have over 300gb of locally hosted music, audiobooks, and podcasts, and plenty of space for videos downloaded via YouTube Premium (I take a lot of long flights with patchy wifi)
This device performs exactly as expected with most mid-range devices. The over 1m Antutu score (Though Antutu has a weird reputation these days) is a basic requirement of mine when choosing a device. The cameras are okay, but you probably aren't one to take a lot of photos if you're looking at a device like this. The screen quality is great on all but the most overcast days. I have dropped it many many times (mind you with a basic case & many screen protectors) and never broken it.
The fast charging is much slower than the CE4 but the CE4 also discharged a lot quicker.
It does get a little hot sometimes, but then again that could be my case & the fact I have stickers all over the back of my phone.
It does have some really annoying battery saving features that you cannot easily disable. This leads to late & reoccurring notifications. I have even missed calls, and it has lead to android auto dropping out. I have done my best to disable as many of these as possible and it has atleast made android auto stable but the notification issue remains. This was present on my OnePlus CE4 as well, along with the Motorola I had prior to that - it seems some of these less-than-flagship ROMs have some weird instabilities.
I like the phone, I am sad that OnePlus removed SD cards from the CE6 & likely from their future lineup, and I will be holding onto this one for dear life until software updates end or until the next Nord CE comes out with SD card expansion.- 7.6

I love how clean the operating system and UI is, the performance is amazing for games, it has a smooth 120hz display with deep blacks and 1300nits max, the camera is good enough for me and the night photos are oddly great.

Tbh it's a very very good buget phone, the battery is good and ofc because it's a OnePlus the charging is very fast, the performance is top notch for this price and the screen is good. The cameras are lacking though. I'm just hating cuz aahil owns it and he's an idiot who only looks at antutu scores

View answers - AutoI bought it for 16,100 in July 2026, it's a great phone, I switched to it from a Realme GT Neo 2T.
I bought the global version, which had a lot of unnecessary junk and unrecorded calls. I immediately cleaned the phone using ADB. Even during the first few days, the phone held a charge for a full three days while the "customization mode" kicked in. Duolingo and Lily and Falstaff calls worked without a problem—they were clearly audible. The only downside is that the phone itself is quite slippery, or the plastic seems cheap, much worse than the Realme GT Neo 2T or Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, although it looks great. I bought a case and the issues disappeared. Android 16 arrived over the air without any issues; we'll see how the other versions load. My package also didn't include a charger.
Cons- Making the system cleaner means going back to basics.

I almost never feel comfortable using it; maybe it's me because I'm too impatient with phones, like my old Poco X6 Pro 12/512 or the Samsung S20+ Snapdragon 865 12/128 (which was a rocket compared to this one). Anyway, the OxygenOS software is simple and very nice; I was excited when I got it. It's a good phone, although I don't know if it's just me, but the battery life is just right for the amount it has. For gaming, it's good: a stable 120 fps in COD, 60 fps with dips to 45 in Fortnite at 93% resolution on low graphics, and PUBG at a very stable 90 fps as well. It's still going strong after 7 months of use. I'll soon replace it with the OnePlus 15R or Ace 6T, and this will be my secondary phone since it works very well for work because of its battery life.

I'm incredibly surprised that for €239 I got a fantastic phone in every way! It's fast, beautiful, and long-lasting! I couldn't find any downsides. Only OnePlus! This is my third OnePlus. Before this, I had a OnePlus 8T for over 3.5 years. And I could still go on! During that time, the front glass never broke, and the battery still lasted all day. The phone fell in water, and a vertical green line appeared on the screen, but I continued using it for another six months. I really didn't want to part with the OnePlus 8T, but my mobile operator made a great offer, so it was a good idea to upgrade to a laptop and smartphone.
