It's a nice phone for non gamers. For those of us who live in a practical world this phone will do everything you ask of it and keep doing it long without battery phobia. I have become tired of higher end SOCs sucking juice and Chinese solutions with just 2 android updates. Trying custom ROMs just gave battery drain issues. Samsung, although not my fave with One UI, provided a solution to all these issues at a great price and has won my $. First phone I've had with 'face stay awake' since Honor View 29. The very poor FPS and slow face unlock have started to bug me however and the UI can be very laggy at times especially compared to faster SOCs, despite a reasonably high Antutu with the MTk 1080, which is likely due to the high Samsung OneUi overhead. Got rid for Moto Edge 40, which is an awesomely better phone.

It's a good quality phone within mid price range..Only problem it gets slidely heated during gaming..Though it also cools down faster so it's quite acceptable..

View answers- AutoA great phone from 2023.
In my use of the Galaxy A34 5G, everything is great. Performance, screen, cameras, everything is fine. Only the battery that I'm not so happy with, but it's also good if you know how to moderate it well. Also, charging is not very good. Charging the battery ends up taking a long time, from 20% - 100%, (15w) it usually takes between 2h to 2h10min. The device's software is also impeccable, in 1 year of use, it has not presented me with any failures, or system errors or even crashes. In short, the Galaxy A34 5G is great so far in 2024, but it is no longer worth buying due to its price and also its successor, the Galaxy A35 5G. So, instead of getting the Galaxy A34 5G, I think it's better for this year of 2024, the Galaxy A35 5G.

Score
- 6.4 Design & Materials
- 6.8 Performance & Hardware
- 7.2 Camera
- 7.9 Connectivity
- 7.0 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
