  • in short, i would choose xiaomi again

This is my first month with samsung. I switched from xiaomi to samsung knowing that samsung's screens are well visible in the sun. After the first month of use, I realized that my next phone will be a xiaomi with an amoled screen and my needs will be satisfied. Compared to Xiaomi, I can say that the battery and performance are weaker. Battery life is usually up to 4 hours, which is on the limit for my work needs. Lags often and when you turn on the maximum power, then you can fry eggs. play store apps take forever to update (all samsungs i know). Not all charging cables and adapters are supported (neither comes in the package). Be careful when choosing a protective glass - ordinary glasses will not work with the fingerprint reader on the screen. WIFI and GSM signals were better with xiaomi Mi 10T. Other samsung functions work normally. My summary: samsung is overrated, the price should be at least half as much, then nothing bad can be said.
This is my first samsung in my life and probably my last.

    It's lovely

ADVANTAGES -The screen is a very beautiful 10/10 with that resolution -Made with premium materials (glass) -Its flat screen with symmetrical edges is wonderful, it is the most beautiful phone that exists regarding screen design -It has Gorilla Glass Victus protection -It feels very premium to have it, it is more beautiful in design and size than its older brother (the s22 ultra) -It has excellent cameras -It is quite fluid as butter -It runs all the games with hardly any ruffles, obviously it reduces the battery faster but all excellent

    Balanced

Good device without being the best, it meets what you pay for, that is if Samsung reduced the power to this 8 gen 1 to avoid overheating.

It is a balanced phone that despite having the 8 Gen 1 processor does not make the most of it, optimizing it due to its heating

    Phone worthy

The phone is very comfortable, the camera is excellent, the processor power is enough for daily purposes, the game pulls perfectly. BUT there are big questions about the battery. If you do not use much, then it will last from 9 am to 6-7 pm. If you take pictures or shoot videos, then 10% at once, and games eat 20% in 30 minutes. There is a question about cooling, the upper part heats up above 55 degrees during games. The design of the phone is awesome.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
