  • in short, i would choose xiaomi again

This is my first month with samsung. I switched from xiaomi to samsung knowing that samsung's screens are well visible in the sun. After the first month of use, I realized that my next phone will be a xiaomi with an amoled screen and my needs will be satisfied. Compared to Xiaomi, I can say that the battery and performance are weaker. Battery life is usually up to 4 hours, which is on the limit for my work needs. Lags often and when you turn on the maximum power, then you can fry eggs. play store apps take forever to update (all samsungs i know). Not all charging cables and adapters are supported (neither comes in the package). Be careful when choosing a protective glass - ordinary glasses will not work with the fingerprint reader on the screen. WIFI and GSM signals were better with xiaomi Mi 10T. Other samsung functions work normally. My summary: samsung is overrated, the price should be at least half as much, then nothing bad can be said.
This is my first samsung in my life and probably my last.

a good smartphone overall with some small shortcomings

a versatile smartphone comfortable in almost all sectors, including photo and audio. its power is sufficient for everyday applications. I especially appreciate its contained size and its quality screen with very thin edges. the speakers have quality audio sound as well as calls. only downsides a limited battery that will last a short day and an automatic wifi function that does not really work. the one ui is also a good surprise.

    Pros
    • nickel day and night photos
    • precise and multiband gps
    • hp sound, nice screen
    • robust, beautiful design, contained weight+dimensions
    • call quality
    • One Ui, many settings
    Cons
    • battery a little limited
    • zero auto wifi
    • reader borrows in difficulty with screen protector

    Nice phone with cool design

Cool device, with a good camera, but the work of algorithms is very visible on it. Especially in the sky, sometimes it turns out not at all naturally. But there is an opportunity to shoot in raw, this is a big plus, I often use it. The TV, as for me, lacks resolution, 10 mp is very small. The video shoots not bad, but it switches between lenses worse than the same iPhone. The stabilization is great, but there is not enough detail, even when shooting in 4k. And in 4k 60 fps you can not switch between cameras. If you play games, then the same minecraft freezes for some reason, and did not understand why, snap 8gen 1. In general, the phone is cool, but not 100%, Samsung still has room to grow. But it's very cool in design, and it doesn't even have a chin like other iPhones.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
