- Samsung s25 ultra is an amazing phone if you want an all-around smartphone then the s25 is the best choice!
Although it's an amazing phone in my opinion the camera of this phone is definitely outperformed by other Chinese smartphones.
If you want an all rounded smartphone then this is definitely the best choice, it has an amazing battery, great connectivity and a beautiful screen, the camera system is more than enough for everyday use for a normal person, but it gets outshined by the iPhone 17 pro max and other Chinese smartphones, but in my opinion I give this phone a solid 8/10 for the price!- 8

View answers - Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: solid flagship with minor upgrades, lacks bold innovation.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is a premium flagship that impresses with specs but feels like an iterative update rather than a groundbreaking leap. Initial December 2024 OS bugs were fixed with a recent update.
Design and Build
The titanium frame with Gorilla Armor 2 glass is durable with IP68 rating. Rounded corners align it with the S25 series but reduce distinctiveness. Sharp edges are uncomfortable without a case, and back glass shows wear. At 229g, it balances weight; colors (blue, black, gray, pink) are standard.
Display
The 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X with 120Hz, HDR+, and 2600-nit brightness (real-world ~1400 nits) excels. DX coating cuts glare, but it’s similar to the S24 Ultra with few upgrades.
Performance
The Snapdragon 8 Elite ensures smooth operation, but heavy tasks cause throttling. The S Pen, stripped of Bluetooth and gesture controls, is now a basic stylus, disappointing fans.
Software and AI
One UI 7.0 on Android is fluid, with a single-page app drawer and seven years of updates. Galaxy AI (Live Translate, Note Assist) boosts productivity but has limitations like language barriers and inaccuracies.
Battery
The 5000mAh battery lasts 1–2 days (6–7 hours screen-on time). 45W wired charging lags behind rivals, taking ~1 hour. Wireless (15W) and reverse (4.5W) charging remain unchanged.
Camera and Audio
The 200MP main and new 50MP ultra-wide sensors deliver sharp images. The 5x periscope zoom performs well, but the 3x telephoto is unchanged. AKG speakers are rich but lack deep bass.
Price and Value
At €1459, the S25 Ultra’s price is hard to justify due to iterative updates. It suits Samsung ecosystem users and AI enthusiasts, but innovation seekers should wait for discounts.Pros- Stunning AMOLED display with vibrant colors
- Durable titanium build with IP68 rating
- 7-year software updates for longevity
- Galaxy AI boosts productivity, creativity
- 5000mAh battery lasts 1–2 days
- 200MP and 50MP cameras excel in detail
Cons- €1459 price is hard to justify
- S Pen loses Bluetooth, gesture controls
- Uneven camera results across modules
- 45W charging lags behind competitors
- Performance throttles under heavy load
- Iterative upgrades, lacks innovation

Score
- 8.3 Design & Materials
- 8.7 Performance & Hardware
- 8.6 Camera
- 8.8 Connectivity
- 7.1 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
