Speaker stopped working in less than a month for no reason whatsoever...I contacted the manufacture and they literally asked me to pay for shipping and send them the product, wait 9 weeks for them to fix it, and then PAY for the REPAIR! Whaaaaat?!?! Avoid Ulefone at all costs. Dishonest and customer service is garbage.
Pros- 5G is okay
Cons- Speaker will stop working

POOR QUALITY OF TELEPHONES AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY HERE, IT IS A FRAUD. A year ago I bought the Armor 11 5G on the official Ulefone Spain website, and it has done nothing but give me problems with both the microphone, speaker, and connectivity. To top it off, the phone fell out of my pocket while sitting (less than 50cm) and was COMPLETELY BROKEN. I wish I could attach photos of how destroyed it was from a single fall. These phones are supposed to have IP68/69 certificates that make them resistant to shocks and falls. Well it's not true! The worst thing is that even though it is under warranty, Ulefone does not want to be held responsible because the offices in Spain have closed. YOUR WEBSITE IN SPAIN DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOUR EMAILS DO NOT WORK, IT IS A FRAUD

If you are looking for a rugged and capable phone, this is what you need. I had an X4 crosscall core and changed to this ulefone armor 11 5G and I don't regret! The phone performs better, the photos are better without being exceptional. The fingerprint reader is very responsive, except with a wet finger. The infrared camera is very effective, even in complete darkness! The only shadows on the board, the sound of the speaker and the absence of a dust cover for the USB-C socket. For sound, it would be better to use headphones or a bluetooth speaker (no jack). In the box, 2 covers for the silicone USB-C socket are provided. But not being attached to the phone, it's impossible not to lose them. You will therefore have to regularly remove the dust from the USB-C socket, otherwise you will have to charge your phone by induction.
Pros- Fast charging
- The solid technical sheet
- The infrared camera
- Connectivity
- Solidity
- Induction charge
Cons- The weight
- No USB c cover
- The sound

The android 11 that it brings is nothing like that of other mobiles. I can't even organize icons alphabetically. I have used the wifi point to share network and sometimes it stops. It makes me several bugs and the worst thing is that neither the user manual helps nor is there a user community in which these problems are dealt with. You will be alone in the face of problems. I bought it with the wireless charger that just plugged it in gave a spark. Fortunately it works. In some videos I have seen that it comes with rubber plugs for the connections; not in mine. The connection to 5g I find it many times in 3g. In areas with low coverage I understand that it can happen but in Madrid ... Regarding the functionalities that are representative in this mobile I cannot say anything for now, but at the sw level it remains scarce and with many bugs. And by the way, that in Mac it does not work as a mass storage device. On windows perfect.
Pros- It seems to be as robust as one wants
Cons- The android capped and numerous bugs.

Score
- 6.0 Design & Materials
- 6.2 Performance & Hardware
- 6.6 Camera
- 7.9 Connectivity
- 8.2 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
