Very often it has a heating issue. That is probably a reason for a very weak battery - after month of use it drops to 4h SOT. Cameras are really good, but in video mode it has small glitches. I did not have a fogging problems. Harmony OS has small bags, especially with widgets. Overall, disappointment and it is not worth 1000 EUR.

I didn’t think that I would ever compare Xiaomi with an iPhone, but this is really an iPhone from Android.
This phone doesn't have one specific option which is superior to every phone. But all its options are made at the competitive level. And what’s important is that all these options are implemented in one phone.
I can only make comments about the wide-angle camera: it could be a little better. The sound from the speakers is good, but worse than in the iPhone in terms of bass level. These 2 points could make Xiaomi 14 the killer of iPhone 15 Pro. But now this is an option between iPhone 15 and 15 pro.
I would especially like to note the quality of the OS. HyperOS is very good in terms of UI/UX. I wanted to buy OnePlus 12 before Xiaomi 14, unfortunately Oneplus rom looks terrible. After AOSP it was very difficult for me to look at the complete lack of consistency in Color/Oxy. It really looks like cheap student freelance work.
HyperOS, on the contrary, tries to bring consistency throughout the OS. It looks very nice. Yes, I saw some advertising in the OS, but fortunately it can be turned off.Pros- Cameras

Score
- 7.9 Design & Materials
- 8.3 Performance & Hardware
- 8.2 Camera
- 8.8 Connectivity
- 5.9 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
