- AutoTerrible, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
I agree with Alfredo. I've always used Xiaomi, but after this one, I think I'm going to switch brands. Jazztel sold it to me as part of a promotion, and it arrived with a faulty motherboard; it had to be repaired even though it was brand new. Right now, I couldn't even say what it does well. I haven't even finished paying for it, and I'm already thinking about getting another one with better specs. When I do any kind of operation with multiple screens, it doesn't handle it well, and often I have to use another device at the same time to be able to work normally. It's very slow to open apps; frankly, I don't recommend it. TERRIBLE.

I've had this smartphone for over a year, and despite all the updates, performance is truly disappointing. It often stalls, and you have to wait a few seconds before it responds again. Very disappointed, don't buy.

I've had it for 2 years. For simple use it does its job. Its strong point is the processor. The rest is just tolerable. For social, music, movies, calls and wifi I recommend it, but without other requirements. Now the battery runs out very quickly and the phone often freezes and needs to be restarted to get going again.
Pros- Processor
- Simple to use
- Plan
Cons- Battery
- It sticks quite well.

Personally, I bought this phone in December 2023 as a Christmas car gift and honestly I wanted to buy a Samsung s20 FE and when I was going to buy it it ran out of stock and my plan B was a Xiaomi (due to the experience I had with an RN8), an RN 12 pro 5g but since it had a mediatek processor (I totally regret it), I ended up opting for this one because the generation snapdragons are usually better (later I realized that only in generation 7 and 8, this It's like the equivalent of a 490 (if it ever came out)) and see, the phone is not bad, it is balanced, the screen being OLED I like it, but the cameras make me completely backwards, with gcam it defends a little more, but when it comes to night photos there is too much noise and it cannot be corrected even with AI. The battery is fine but at 60Hz, at 120Hz the battery drains too much, and with semi-demanding games like Cod Mobile it lasted about 4 hours playing on medium graphics at 60fps, and in terms of power it's not bad at all, the NFC With Canon cameras it helped me A LOT, 5G doesn't hurt, but TELCEL in Mexico doesn't seem to take advantage of 5G. This phone is not bad, I bought the 256 + 8 version for 250 dollars, but for 270 USD I could buy the pro 5G version, I would see this phone more as a good phone to buy for 128 + 6 if you were robbed, or You lost your previous phone, this one is fine, but I don't recommend it as a first option.

I bought this phone since I had a good experience with the Redmi Note 8 Pro, but I regret my purchase. It is a bad mobile that is on wheels and with a terrible connection. The phone is 9 months old and it gets worse with each passing month. The battery lasts very little, calls are terrible, it doesn't get any coverage and the camera is terrible. I am not going to buy Xiaomi again after this mobile.

Score
- 6.5 Design & Materials
- 6.2 Performance & Hardware
- 6.5 Camera
- 7.7 Connectivity
- 6.8 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
