View answers- AutoMy opinion of the Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G
Well, I have this phone and it has a lot of problems, like overheating. When I'm on social media it gets really hot, but forget about gaming because it's like an oven. Its processor is a Snapdragon 732G and it doesn't perform well. The cameras are decent, but obviously for the price, they're only good for taking pictures. I flashed it because it was getting slow and it's still slow. There are a lot of bugs in the updates. The battery doesn't last like two days; it only lasts me a day. The screen isn't good with the 120Hz refresh rate; it feels more like 90Hz. Also, when I'm in the sun, it gets dark, and even with the brightness turned up, I can barely see properly. Seriously, people, don't buy this phone. Go buy a Redmi Note 13 or a Note 14 instead.

Honestly, my personal experience has been very good. For basic use, it's been flawless and has withstood everything from bumps and drops to dust, and it still works perfectly. I'm quite happy with it; I only changed phones because I wanted to upgrade to something newer.

View answers - AutoGood for the price
I have been using the phone for 2 years now, it seems to be good for its price, but there are some nuances. The first thing I would say is its rather weak processor and its configuration, but this is only in games, it will do for permanent work. After all, this is a budget phone. And so I do not find fault with anything else. I want to note that it has good sound, it is pleasant to watch movies or TV series with its sound. The camera for its price does not disappoint, daytime photos are bright and well detailed. And I would like better night ones. The phone frames are not large and personally I do not even notice them. The back cover is made of a very smooth and pleasant to the touch material, the phone lies well in the hand and fits well in the pocket.

Score
- 7.0 Design & Materials
- 6.4 Performance & Hardware
- 7.1 Camera
- 6.8 Connectivity
- 6.7 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
