Apple’s iPhone 15 is set to become the first high-end smartphone from the tech giant since launching the iPhone 11 series in 2019. With the release date of September 2023, the iPhone 15 is sure to take the smartphone world by storm with its powerful features and sleek design.

The iPhone 15 will feature a 6.1 inch OLED screen with a QHD resolution of 1179x2556 and a brightness of 1000 cd/m2 with a contrast ration of 2000000:1 and HDR10 compatibility. Additionally, the iPhone 15 will include Apple’s latest cooling system for improved performance while gaming or streaming media.

On the camera side, the iPhone 15 will sport a dual camera configuration. The primary camera will be a 48.0Mpx Sony Iphone 15 Sensor with a f/1.6 aperture and 1.000 pixel size along with a CMOS BSI setup. The secondary camera will feature a 12.0Mpx wide angle + macro lens with an f/2.4 aperture and a CMOS setup. For taking selfies, the iPhone 15 will feature a 12.0Mpx f/1.9 camera with a 1.120 pixel size and a CMOS sensor. Other camera features include optical image stabilization (OIS), 4K video recording, HDR support, and a Quad Pixel sensor for telephoto lens.

When it comes to connectivity, the iPhone 15 will come with Bluetooth 5.3, dual SIM support, NFC, WiFi 6 (802.11ax), and eSIM capabilities. To provide users with plenty of usage time, the device will have a 3877mAh battery with 20.0W fast charging and wireless charging support.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
