The Black Shark 4: An Unprecedented Flagship Smartphone
The Black Shark 4 is the latest flagship smartphone in the Black Shark series, set to be released in March 2021. This high-end model features an impressive combination of design, hardware, and features that make it stand out from the competition.
For starters, the Black Shark 4 has a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with 1080x2400 resolution (FHD+), 144hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1300 cd/m². The usable surface is 85.4%, while the contrast ratio is 5000000:1. Audio-wise, the phone boasts stereo speakers, hi-res audio, and support for DTS/DTS X. It’s sturdy metal frame ensures durability, while its gaming buttons and cooling system make it adaptable to intense gaming sessions.

There’s also a wide-angle lens from Sony featuring 8MP resolution, f/2.2 aperture, and 1.12μm pixel size. Finally, there’s a 5MP macro lens from Samsung with f/2.4 aperture and 1.12µm pixel size. For selfies, there’s a 20MP camera from Samsung with f/2.0 aperture and 0.8µm pixel size. Video recording caps at 4K60 fps.
In terms of connectivity, the Black Shark 4 supports Bluetooth 5.0, dual SIM, NFC, audio jack and WiFi 6 (802.11ax).
The battery capacity is 4500mAh and the fast charge technology reaches 120.0W.
The Black Shark 4 Pro is the only other model in the same series. It features the same specs but has a bigger battery (5000mAh) and faster charging (150W).

It's a shame the Black Shark smartphone line has ended. I really like this phone. I've been using it for five years now, and everything works perfectly. This phone is so durable that the display didn't break even after I slammed it hard against a fence or even after a bull kicked it (I've replaced the screen protector twice since then).
Cons- Not all games support 120 and 144 fps.
