- AutoGood for the price, but not much, bad technical support
I've had it for over a year now, let's go in order: The good: High performance battery. Resistance to falls. Good speaker (although it is only one). Good night camera (Sony CMOS). Almost clean operating system. Practical rear screen. The bad: The fingerprint sensor has already failed and out of nowhere, it did not receive a hit or anything similar. Android 12 is not updated since it was offered by the company, in the forums its representatives assure that it is because they are focused on other new models. Unable to disable or uninstall an annoying application called DURASPEED, quite intrusive and does not respond to the settings it offers. The rear camera may be 60 megapixel, but the quality of the processing software is very bad, if you enlarge the image taken it comes out filled with dots and blurred, there is no improvement when zooming in even half. The colors are fine but the high resolution photos are horrible. Not to mention HDR. It does not have an update to Android 12, since it was offered on the official Doogee page on AliExpress. There was only a security patch in March 2023. The rear screen has no skin, or other functions than the only two (the time and limited song playback control) Suddenly the UI restarts for no reason. Conclusion: If you are only looking for a phone for work that does not require multimedia quality, that is for demanding environments and with a long-lasting battery, this is the right mobile, although no matter how durable it is, there will come a point where it will become obsolete due to lack of operating system update.

View answers - AutoThird rugged: the best unfortunately after six months fingerprint broken, after a while also the speaker broken: Doogee does not respond
Third rugged and first Doogee: absolutely the best for sturdiness, design, quality of materials. I review the review after six months of use: I state that it has not undergone any particular "mistreatment", never dropped, always with a silicone cover and crystal screen protector and it actually looks brand new. NFC working (reads the Digital Identity Card) but impossible to make payments with google wallet even if apparently everything is OK (endless phone calls with the bank and with Google assistance). Unbeatable the screen which is readable in full sunlight (equal to the comparison with Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra 5G). Unfortunately, after six months of use, the fingerprint on the power button throws a tantrum that is, it works randomly, the restart is irrelevant; the smartphone reports fingerprint inactive. A week after the fingerprint defect, the ear-speaker also stopped working properly, so I can only make calls by connecting bluetooth headphones or hands-free. Two consultations are required for the repair at generic assistance centres: - the first center says that, from their experience, most likely it is problems with the card but in any case Doogee spare parts are not easily found. - the second assistance center says that, given the rapid succession of defects, it is the card and that the expense, attempting a repair with non-original parts, could exceed half the purchase cost. Purchased on AliExpress which does not replace the smartphone but promises to send me the fingerprint as soon as it is available (... ever?) while Doogee does not reply to emails and therefore it is not possible to exercise the one year guarantee: too bad!!! It would be a great phone, I probably had bad luck.Very disappointed with the NON-EXISTENT assistance.

As a replacement for the doogee s96pro which was an ordeal 3 new smartphones in 14 months. For the price really disappointed with the v20. The automatic brightness adjustment really sucks. The fingerprint reader works when it wants. Above all, do not have dirty fingers. The sound is not terrible, even worse than on the S96pro. The photos with the night mode are less good than on the S96pro, being however more recent. The flash in torch mode does not illuminate anything, for a rugged smartphone it's a shame. The screen is fluid when it wants it to be. It seems fragile for a phone of this type. It will be the last doogee for me.
Pros- Not too many pre-installed apps
- SD card
- Battery
- Amoled screen
Cons- The speaker
- The refresh rate
- The fingerprint sensor
- the flash
- Auto Brightness
- Still a lot of things
