  • THIS HAS A HEADPHONE JACK!!! (datasheet says it does not)

Coming from the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra the lighter weight was definitely noticeable. The included 120hz OLED screen is pretty usable outdoors and the battery life is insanely good for the price falling just shy if not matching the Galaxy S24 Ultra (haven't tested myself but reviews say so). Responsiveness and performance is about the same as the Note 20 Ultra too and for $399 ($249 on sale) trading the telephoto camera, 2nd SIM tray, & IP68 waterproofing for a 3.5mm headphone jack and rich red look is nothing to complain about.

    Pros
    • 120hz OLED display - 1200-nit peak brightness
    • Not too heavy - 190g
    • Very afforable - 249-399 USD
    • 3.5mm headphone jack
    • Battery lasts 14 hours as a daily driver
    • The stylus pen
    Cons
    • IP52 Splash Resistance
    • No telephoto camera
    • No DeX or similar desktop mode
    • USB-C Port is only USB 2.0
    • Storage is UFS 2.2 instead of 3.x or 4.0

  • Screen is perfect!

I own this moto G stylus 5G 2024 about 2 weeks and the phone is insane. I own to S22+ but battery are weak so i change phone , this middle range phone is very good the screen is 10/10 great brightness et oled quality are insane for the price. I try 1 week A35 5G but i retur to Samsung this Motorola G stylus are batter in battery life and more great in my game experience . The cameras are great to honesly don't see by difference between S22+

It complies and is different with its Stylus

It's a phone whose main and differentiating attribute is the stylus. With a well-thought-out and attractive design, with a faux leather back cover. The Normal: It has a very good-quality OLED screen, but its Gorilla Glass 3 certification against falls is fragile. The battery is adequate, and its 30-watt fast charging is also good but not remarkable. Its processor and RAM management perform well in everyday use; it feels quite fluid and it's possible to play decently, but it struggles with heavy games. The Good: The camera is very good, and the software's hand is noticeable, accompanied by Google's AI improvements compared to the older software of other Motorola phones with similar hardware. The sound is Dolby Atmos, and we have the option to use a very good 3.5mm jack. The storage is noteworthy, as we have the option to expand it to 1 terabyte. The stylus is used for creative drawings and has a function for performing mathematical operations with the pencil, which is quite usable and interesting. 25-watt wireless charging and reversible charging are features that not all mid-range phones have. The bad thing is the lack of good IP certifications close to IP68 and 69k, which is why we have the 3.5 mm jack and that is why we have to stick with IP52 and the Glass drop certification, which is not really understood, but it remained at Gorilla Glass 3, but it is what it is.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
