    Moto g31 delivers

I've had the Moto G31 for 4 years (since March 2022). Only in the last few months has the battery started draining faster than normal (but for the last 3 years it was excellent). The screen doesn't have a single scratch; I've always tried to use it with tempered glass and a case. The 4GB of RAM is a bit insufficient now. But at the time, it was more than enough. I was genuinely surprised. One downside is that when I want to record a video, it takes a long time to open video mode, but photos open super fast. It's stuck on Android 12 and hasn't received updates since 2023. I have all my digital wallets, work apps, car and motorcycle insurance apps, health insurance apps, MercadoLibre, social media apps (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram), Shein, Temu, and everything works perfectly. It's an excellent phone for the price I paid, and above all, it delivers. But hey, it's time for a change, right? I hope it has 5G.

    Pros
    • OLED screen, with high definition
    • Battery
    • Shock and drop resistant
    • Good quality materials
    • Excellent and fast touch and fingerprint unlocking
    Cons
    • 4 of RAM
    • After using it for 4 years, I need to update my phone.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
