Price and specifications on nubia Air Pro

Nubia is set to expand its mid-range smartphone portfolio in April 2026 with the nubia Air Pro, a device designed to combine a slender, premium-looking construction with substantial everyday performance. Built around an aluminium chassis and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, the phone aims to deliver durability without abandoning the refined feel expected from a modern upper-mid-range handset.

Its most striking feature is the large 6.78-inch AMOLED display. With a 1225 x 2720 resolution, described as QHD-class, the panel offers a sharp canvas for streaming, gaming, photography and productivity. The 120Hz refresh rate should ensure fluid scrolling, responsive animations and smoother motion in compatible games. Nubia has also achieved an 89.8% usable front surface, resulting in a screen-dominant design with minimal visual distraction. Stereo speakers complement the display, providing a broader and more immersive sound profile for video playback and casual gaming.

At the heart of the nubia Air Pro is MediaTek’s Dimensity 7100 processor, manufactured on a 6nm process. This chipset is paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and a generous 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. That combination places the handset firmly above basic mid-range devices, particularly for users who store large media libraries, download demanding applications or maintain extensive photo collections. An AnTuTu v11 score of approximately 810,000 indicates a capable level of performance for multitasking, modern games and everyday apps. Security is handled through an in-display fingerprint sensor, preserving the phone’s clean exterior while offering convenient biometric access.

Photography is led by a dual-camera system. The main camera uses Samsung’s 108-megapixel ISOCELL HM6 sensor with an f/1.88 aperture. This high-resolution sensor is expected to provide detailed daylight images and flexible cropping potential, while also supporting the computational photography features common in current Android devices. It is joined by a 2-megapixel f/2.4 macro camera for close-up subjects, though this sensor is primarily intended as an additional creative option rather than a replacement for a dedicated ultra-wide lens. On the front, the 32-megapixel CMOS selfie camera is positioned to serve social content, video calls and portrait photography with ample resolution.

Connectivity is thoroughly modern, with Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 6 and NFC included as standard. Dual-SIM support gives the nubia Air Pro added flexibility for work and travel, allowing users to manage separate personal and professional numbers from one device.

A 5,000mAh battery provides the foundation for all-day use, while 45W fast charging reduces the time spent connected to a power outlet. Reverse charging further enhances practicality, allowing the phone to share power with accessories or another compatible device. With its expansive AMOLED screen, large storage capacity, 108-megapixel camera and balanced hardware platform, the nubia Air Pro arrives as a well-equipped mid-range contender for 2026.
