What’s more, the display has a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 1500 cd/m², so you can be sure that your visuals will look sharp and crisp. With its Dolby Atmos technology (including Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital Plus) the sound system offers a clear surround sound experience. It also features AKG audio and a 32-bit 384 kHz audio engine that allows you to get an excellent output from both music and gaming.

The Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra is powered by the Exynos 990 (7nm) processor, which enables quick and seamless multitasking, along with 8GB or 12GB of RAM LPDDR5 to ensure smooth performance. Storage options include 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage, with support for external microSD cards. The AnTuTu benchmark score of 666551 speaks for itself, as it easily outperforms most other devices available on the market. To provide extra security, it also offers a fingerprint display scanner.

The S Pen is one of this phone’s standout features, and is probably one of the best styluses available on any smartphone. It has Bluetooth enabled and a lithium titanate battery that gives 24 hours of standby time. It also has 4096 pressure levels and a 0.7 mm pen tip diameter for precise drawing and writing. It also supports the Samsung Wireless DeX for a full desktop experience.

The Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra’s quad camera setup consists of a 108MP standard lens, 12.2MP wide angle lens, 13MP telephoto lens, and 0.3MP ToF 3D sensor. Alongside its 10MP front facing camera, the device is capable of capturing stunning photos and videos. Additionally, video recording supports 4K@60fps and 8K@24fps with optical stabilization (OIS); the ultra wide angle lens offers a field of view of up to 120°; and you can also take advantage of 5x optical zoom and 50x digital zoom.

Connectivity & Battery

  • 8.8 Design & Materials

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
