Price and specifications on vivo X500 Pro

The vivo X500 Pro is a high-end smartphone positioned as one of the most ambitious devices in vivo’s September 2026 portfolio. Sitting alongside the vivo X500, vivo X500 Pro Max and vivo X500E, it combines premium materials, flagship-grade imaging hardware and an exceptionally powerful MediaTek platform in a compact-looking design built for demanding users.

Its exterior uses an aluminium alloy frame paired with glass surfaces, giving the phone the solid, refined feel expected from an upper-tier model. The front is dominated by a 6.36-inch AMOLED display with an impressive 90% usable screen surface. With a 1216 x 2660 resolution, the panel delivers sharp detail for everything from reading and photo editing to streaming high-resolution video. The 144Hz refresh rate provides notably fluid scrolling, gaming and interface animations, while HDR10+ support and an 8,000,000:1 contrast ratio promise deep blacks, vivid highlights and strong color depth.

Audio capabilities match the visual experience. Stereo speakers provide broader, more immersive sound than a conventional single-speaker setup, while Dolby Atmos support enhances compatible films, music and games. A noise-cancellation microphone also improves voice clarity during calls and recordings in busy environments.

At the heart of the vivo X500 Pro is the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro, manufactured on a cutting-edge 2nm process. This processor is designed to deliver both exceptional performance and improved efficiency. Its AnTuTu v12 score of 4,583,025 places it firmly in flagship territory, providing ample power for advanced mobile gaming, multitasking, computational photography and AI-assisted features. The phone is available with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, paired with 256GB, 512GB or 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. A dedicated cooling system helps maintain sustained performance under prolonged workloads.

Photography is another central strength. The rear triple-camera system begins with a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-910 main sensor, featuring an f/1.57 aperture, BSI CMOS construction and optical image stabilization. This combination is intended to support detailed photography, improved low-light shooting and steadier video capture. A 50-megapixel Samsung S5KJN5 ultra-wide and macro camera expands creative flexibility, while the 60-megapixel Sony LYT-610 telephoto lens provides greater reach for portraits and distant subjects. The 50-megapixel Samsung S5KJN1 front camera is equally ambitious for selfies and video calls. Both 4K and 8K video recording are supported.

The vivo X500 Pro includes Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, dual SIM support, eSIM compatibility, infrared control and GPS using L1 and L5 bands for improved positioning accuracy. Security is handled through an in-display fingerprint reader.

A substantial 6,510mAh battery gives the device strong endurance for a flagship-class phone. It supports 90W fast wired charging, wireless charging and reverse charging, allowing it to power accessories or other compatible devices when needed.
