With the Poco M3 Pro, Xiaomi aims to become the king of the mid-range. For a very reasonable price, it has achieved a handset with some very interesting features.

We can highlight a generous battery of 5000 mAh, although the speed of fast charging is a little lame, as it is 18W. In terms of photography, it incorporates the Sony IMX582 sensor with f/1.9 aperture that will allow us to take good photos. The 6.5" IPS screen with FHD+ resolution, has a refresh rate of 90Hz, a good figure although its brightness remains at 400 nits, just right for sunny days.

In terms of connectivity, few things are missing, it has an infrared port, NFC, 3.5mm jack and support for 5G networks with a wide range of bands. The design is quite similar to the Poco M3, keeping the fingerprint reader on the side and has a black, blue and yellow finish (very striking), plastic material and IP53 protection against dust and splashes.

  • Cheap gaming mobile, but little else.

It is not a bad mobile for $ 200 it is a very good option.
The design is not my style, it is something strange but I can not say much about it.
The screen is its weakest point, in full sun it is very bad and due and if you abuse the processor it can start to turn off so as not to make the mobile explode.
Ironically power is its strongest point, for that price it is a good processor and its 6GB of RAM version is fluid and supports various applications well.
The camera is not bad, the daytime photos look good, the night photos are equally acceptable, the video is seen with a very bad stabilization and it is not comfortable to see it.
The battery lasts all day easily, it is very rare that it does not reach the full day so there is no complaint here.
I have not tried 5G but I doubt that it works well, although it is a good advance.
In conclusion, it is a very good phone for its price.

I received the product a few days ago and I'm impressed with the quality of the smartphone. Well built product despite the material being plastic. The system is super fluid using at 90hz. No crashes. Great for everyday use. For games it delivers what it promises but don't expect too much from it. I highly recommend the product. super satisfied with the acquisition.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
