An excellent phone with a fly in the ointment.

I like the camera, but the native software is disgusting, I installed a fan-made camera application, for this purpose I installed root rights and now it sparkles with new colors, videos, photos have become a cut above in quality, color stabilization and everything else, selfies and wide shots only in good lighting , otherwise it’s better not to turn it on, the macro is just a plug. 120w charging is its killer feature, but in fact it is not here, it never was, and never will be. This is just a three-digit figure in the eye; on special equipment I saw a maximum figure of 85 watts. True, the phone, as promised, reaches 100% in 17 minutes, but this is not true, the real charge at this moment is only about 80-90%, after reaching 100% the phone continues to charge for another 15 minutes and only then can it be considered charged from -for this, the phone works at 100% for a very long time after disconnecting the cable.
Over the course of a year and 3 months, the battery began to swell and squeeze out the back cover, from 4500 it dropped to 3580 (according to data from the phone’s logs), in fact it lasts for 7 hours of screen, or with mixed use for 15 hours, of which 3-3.5 hours of screen. The vibration is very pleasant but rather weak. The sound is FIRE! It screams decently, compared with the iPhone 13, the volume is + - the same, the apple has a little more bass and a little clearer tops, but everything can be corrected with an equalizer. The screen is excellent, flexible color settings, I also adjusted the color rendition closer to the iPhone, it pleases the eye, there is enough brightness, although reading in the sun is not the best idea. I noticed that at minimum brightness there are some artifacts. The frosted glass on the back is very similar to plastic, quite slippery but very pleasant to the touch, the frame is plastic. In terms of speed, it’s certainly not like a plane, the interface often jerks, but it’s still good and doesn’t let you down, there aren’t any lags or slowdowns, I think a reset will fix everything. I don’t really play games, but tanks and pubg at 90 fps are great.
There are no problems with communication modules. The scanner is fast, but your finger gets a little sweaty and you have to enter the password. The face scanner surprised me, it works quickly.

Very complete mobile. Great value for the price

I've had it for over a year and I'm delighted with it. It is a powerful mobile phone with a very good quality screen and good brightness (it looks very good in the sun). The 120hz makes it look very fluid. What I liked the most is the 120w charge, it is incredibly fast, it charges you 100% in just over 15 minutes. The double speaker sounds very good, it is of very good quality and powerful. The battery has very good battery life (Xiaomi has always done very well in this regard). The camera takes good photos and the 108mpx mode makes very good use of light in low lighting conditions, although the default sensor falls apart a little in low light, but this is normal considering the price range in which it operates. This mobile phone is not one of the best cameras on the market but it performs very well. In terms of quality/price ratio, it is a 10 out of 10 for everything it offers, a very good option.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
