It'll only take a minute, you'll help people decide.
- Horrible DATA Connection
When I been a UleFone fan for a couple of years and had multiple devices from them.
This armor21 however is extremely disappointing. It does not want to connect to the 4G network and it is also extremely slow while connecting to the 3G network I had to switch carriers to see if that would resolve the issue and unfortunately it did not now I'm stuck with this phone for the foreseeable future until they provide some sort of update that allows us to connect properly to both 4G and 3G.
It is also disappointing that this is their flagship device and it does not connect to the 5G Network which is what is standard now amongst most phones.
The software also has numerous bugs and I had to restart the phone factory restart the phone I should say multiple times now.
Customer service on this phone is extremely slow and they do not want to help I sent them videos of the phone glitching out and they told me that it wasn't a uniform until I sent them a video showing them the model and name on the back of the device.
Overall I'm very disappointed and I do not recommend this brand I'll be looking for a new rugged phone- 1.8

It's my first rugged phone. POSITIVE It's a phone that can withstand knocks pretty well, which is its strongest point. It's something that is truly appreciated, because imagine investing $250, for example, on an Honor 5 Lite that is promoted as a rugged phone when in reality it wasn't. You can put it in water, although I don't recommend it. It has a mode for using the camera during immersion, proprietary to the brand. The battery is incredible, you can last 2 days without changing the charger if you use it moderately, even a little more. The 33-watt fast charge is acceptable, but for having a fairly large battery, it takes more than 2 hours to charge. The sound is beastly, it sounds quite hard, although the sound quality is not that good. THE REGULAR The processor just meets expectations, you can play some games occasionally. It does not have AMOLED, although the IPS panel surprised me without being great, it gives good viewing angles and a fairly acceptable brightness outdoors. THE BAD If you spend hours looking at networks it is not for you, it is for people who work, holding it in your hand for more than 15 minutes is quite tiring
I'm a demanding camera user. This one is good, no more, it doesn't have OIS and it's certainly below devices of the same price. But it's still good and is better than many mid-range devices that only record at 1080p. This one records at 2k and you can notice the difference and the quality. It also gives quite a few details in the photos due to having a sensor of an acceptable size. Although it must be said that its camera software is quite far from traditional brands, sometimes the HDR and it gives strange colors, and sometimes it leaves scenes quite overexposed with highlights burning the skies of the scenes. In favor, the details of faces and the disappearance of shadows are similar in this sense to brands like Vivo, Oppo and Xiaomi. It also has a night vision camera, something that conventional phones don't have and well, it's not mentioned here.Pros- IP69k resistance

Score
- 5.9 Design & Materials
- 6.4 Performance & Hardware
- 6.4 Camera
- 7.2 Connectivity
- 8.8 Battery
In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:
- Design and screen
- Hardware and performance
- Camera
- Connectivity
- Battery
Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.
Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.
The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
