Honor 70: A Mid-Range Smartphone With Unrivaled Quality
The Honor 70 is the latest in the series of mid-range smartphones from Huaweis sub-brand Honor. It follows the footsteps of the Honor 70 Pro+, released a year ago, as well as its Pro model that came before it. This iteration of the series promises to be even better, equipped with a 6.67-inch OLED screen with 1080x2400 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Plus, it has the popular dual-edge display and HDR10+ support. As for audio, Honor didn't skimp on this either, adding stereo speakers and Hi-Res Audio support.
Design-wise, Honor hasn't made many changes to the 70. It still features the same glass material, with a robust usable surface of 90.3%. The design also makes use of sleek lines, curved edges and a rounded back, making it comfortable to hold.
In terms of hardware, the Honor 70 is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ (SM7325-AE) processor (6nm), depending on the model you choose. For RAM, there are three options—8GB, 12GB, or 6GB—and there are three storage options too—256GB, 512GB, and 128GB. According to AnTuTu (v9), the Honor 70 achieved a score of 545000. On top of that, it comes with an advanced security system, with fingerprint recognition through its display. To stay cool always, the Honor 70 also has a cooling system that should dissipate heat quickly.
Coming around to the camera, the main camera of the Honor 70 is a Sony IMX800 with 54.0Mpx resolution, f/1.9 aperture and CMOS sensor. Then there's a 50.0Mpx wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and CMOS sensor, as well as a 2.0Mpx macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, it sports an Omnivision OV32C with 32.0Mpx resolution, f/2.4 aperture and still supports 4K video recordings. It also has ultra-wide angle lens with 122º field of view and the ability to take macro shots up to 2.5cm.
Finally, talking about connectivity, the Honor 70 supports Bluetooth 5.2, Dual SIM and NFC. It also supports WiFi 6 (802.11ax) for faster internet speeds. Lastly, the battery capacity of the device is 4800mAh, with 66.0W fast charging and reverse charging capabilities.
All in all, the Honor 70 is yet another example of the brand's constant dedication to making mid-range devices with unrivaled quality. Equipped with the latest technologies, powerful specs and innovative design, it looks like another sure-fire hit for the series. The release date for the device has been set for May 2022.

- AutoGood for everyday use and undemanding games
It's a perfect phone for everyday use and undemanding games, but if you push it harder, it starts to lag. The cameras are neither good nor bad, and the battery can last up to a day with moderate use. I had it for over three years; it fell to the ground many times and hasn't suffered any serious damage, just a few cracks in the screen.

View answers - AutoOkay, more pros than cons :)
I’ve been using Honor 70 for almost a year, the phone is excellent, after Honor 30i, it’s just space, the performance is good for the middle segment, I played various games with ps dualsense, everything runs at maximum speed, although it’s better to sometimes set the frame rate to 30-45, and the normal frame rate screen, or it’s better to play in the refrigerator, it starts to heat up fiercely (genshin, lineage, Undecember, Diablo) (it runs super cool games on ultra, but gets hot like a stove) but displays graphics in average games on ultra (Call Of Duty, tanks, slaughter, NFS ) without lags, it doesn’t heat up at all, there are no lags at all, neither in the system nor in games, the camera is ok, good for memory or social networks. The screen is good, in reality it is stated that it costs 1 billion. colors and I see them, at first I couldn’t get used to it and couldn’t stop admiring it, everything I’ve seen and watched before is different beyond recognition, I’m especially pleased with the waterfall screen, this is the first time I’ve had such an experience, I really liked this screen, but when you use it for a long time and often when you're sitting on the phone, your eyes can get incredibly tired and fall off, PWM or what it's connected with, I don't know, but there are screens that are better and less harmful to the eyes (again, if you live with it and don't get out of the phone), fell from 180 cm (human height), screen down on linoleum and concrete, and I thought everything, hanariki to him, I had a hydro film, turned it over and not a crack or a falcon, just a little bubbles along the edges of the screen appeared on the hydra, smoothed it out and everything was ok, once I fell on the asphalt I survived with dignity, The battery holds up well, the charging is just super sound, it charges 3-4% per minute, very quickly, again, the 30i is generally a turtle compared to this background :) In general, I can say that I like the phone 8.5 out of 10.And also a very convenient data transfer, I just waited 10 minutes and my honor 30i turned into 70, theme, applications, contacts, settings, home screen, in general, absolutely everything moved from 30i to 70, very convenient. Recently there was a very cool system update from Android 12 to 13, just a bunch of cool goodies were thrown in, it’s just a pleasure to use the phone.
